• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. You can track your package’s progress through our website or the carrier’s site.

Return & Refund Policy

​Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items, such as final sale or custom products, may not be eligible for return.
• Return Process:
• Step 1: Email us at returns@haggle-goods.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Step 2: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
• Step 3: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. In such cases, Haggle Goods Marketplace will cover the return shipping.

• Ineligible Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including final sale items, custom products, perishable goods, and digital downloads.

2. Refund Process

• Step 1: Submit a Return Request: To initiate a refund, email returns@haggle-goods.com with your order number and reason for the return.


• Step 2: Return the Item: Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


• Step 3: Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item. If eligible, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Reporting: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@haggle-goods.com with photos and order details. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

5. Delays in Refunds

• Refunds may take additional time to appear in your bank account due to processing times with financial institutions. If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund was processed and you still haven’t received it, please contact us for assistance.
